Torrenfield Equipment Services collects your business name, contact information, site address, and details about the equipment we service. This information is used exclusively to schedule and perform maintenance or repair work.

We share your information only with parts suppliers when fulfilling orders on your behalf, and only to the extent needed to complete the transaction. Suppliers are contractually prohibited from using your data for other purposes.

Records of completed work orders are kept for five years for warranty and reference purposes. You may request deletion of your records at any time by writing to office@nl1.samovargate.com, subject to legal retention obligations.
